Sports and Nutrition
Sports nutrition is the nutrition and diet research and practice with a view to enhancing the athletic performance. Food is an integral part of many sports training schemes, common in sports of strength (such as weightlifting and bodybuilding) and agility (such as cycling, running, swimming, and rowing). It also deals with nutrient consumption such as vitamins, minerals, supplements, and organic substances which include carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. We at our Centre conduct:
