- Upper Limb Injuries :
These are mostly due to Overuse, Poor Technique, High demands of heavy weather steering, etc.
- Torso and Back Injuries :
Injury mechanisms included Grinding, Lifting or impact from objects.
- Lower Limb Injuries :
Decreased Hip Strength, Altered Rotatory stability, decreased flexibility in lower limb are some of the contributing factors that makes the Sailors prone to injuries.
