PURPOSE

  • The program we have after assessment focuses on injury prevention, injury Rehab and along with that we have different levels of programs for performance enhancement.

  • 3D biomechanics + Kinematics of running + jumping mechanics analysis
  • Lower + upper extremity muscle testing
  • Agility, balance + explosiveness testing + reaction time assessment
  • Sensory perception and peripheral vision testing
