As a martial art sport, taekwondo is characterized by its emphasis on dynamic techniques for taking mobile stances, and agility, speed, flexibility, and endurance are required to perform the whole process efficiently. With respect to fitness, taekwondo can provide participants with health benefits and a sound mind.
